I was watching news and a story came up about a conservative Riverside law maker named Jeff Stoner who was pushing to divide California into a conservative southern California and a northern liberal California. Southern California would consist of the following counties: Fresno, Imperial, Inyo, Kern, Kings, Madera, Mariposa, Mono, Riverside, Orange, San Bernadino, San Diego, Tulare.
